A pleasant shake-up recipe for the summer sun

                     Summer heat is most intense from March to May.  This summer we eat cold foods, fruits, and water.  We can prepare and drink natural soft drinks that our body can afford.  Let's see how we can prepare the shake serpent in that way.           Required    things                              *Sabza seeds 1 1/2 tsp,
    *Lemon Fruit 2,
   * Green Chili 2,
   * A little bit of mint leaves
  *  The required amount of salt
    *Sugar 3 tbsp
  
  *  Ice cubes - the required size.                                          * Shake Sarpat Simple Recipe

   First take a bowl in which soak 1 1/2 teaspoon sabza seeds in the required amount of water for 10 minutes.                                               Then take the lemon and cut it into small pieces and then cut the green chillies in half. Then soak the sabza seeds in a bowl and add the chopped green chillies, lemon slices, mint, salt and sugar.  Add lemon juice to these.                                                Then finally add the ice cubes and mix well. Mix well until the sugar dissolves well.     
                            Now prepare a healthy shake for our body that is pleasant for the summer sun.                                                                                    Benefits of Shake Serpent.  Gives our body immunity.  Refreshes our body.  Weil protects us from impact.  * Adding palm jaggery instead of sugar is very good for the body.
