Rye pulp(kambu koozh)

 We are going to make rye flour using rye flour. For that take 250 g of rye flour, salt required, curd required amount, two large onions and two chillies.   First take the clay and dissolve the rye flour in the required amount of water.  Dissolve the rye flour well without lumps.Then heat the stove.  After heating the stove, put the pot (pot) in the oven and pour the required amount of water in the pot and bring it to a boil.After the water boils, take the rye flour dissolved in the clay and put it in the boiling water and boil well for at least 15 minutes.  Then lower the pot.Then let it cure well. Then take two onion and chilli and chop finely.Then add curd chopped onion, chilli and mix well.  The rye pulp is ready.You can touch mango pickle, whey chilli and currant to touch the rye pulp.Benefits of rye pulp.  Food that can benefit people in the summer.  Healthy eating people have forgotten about these types of foods.  Everything in today's world is poisonous.Drinking rye porridge boosts the immune system in our body.
