Lassi recipe and its uses

Lassi is everyone's favorite soft drink in the summer.  It is rich in Vitamin B, Zinc, Calcium and Protein.                                                 Ingredients for making lassi.  1 cup of yogurt, the required amount of sugar, a little salt, the required amount of ice cubes, a little cardamom,                                              First take the curd, put it in a mixing jar and beat well. Then add sugar, a pinch of salt, cardamom and mix well. Put in a mixing jar and beat well.Prepare delicious lassi for us.                                                   Benefits of drinking lassi.                        *Lassi strengthens our muscles.
