Mutton sukkah recipe. Mutton boneless curry) - half a kilo
15 small onions-
4 dried chillies
Minced ginger garlic 2 tbsp.
Pepper 2 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Coriander 2 tbsp
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Bark, a little bit of lemon
curry leaves, coriander leaves required amount
Salt, oil, water- required amount. First take the mutton and mix a little bit of turmeric in it and clean it well. Then take a cooker and add a little oil, a little turmeric and 1 cup water.Then add a little salt and cover the cooker and keep it until it comes to 5 whistles. First grind the spices for the mutton chukka. First add small onion and dried chillies in a mixer and grind in a mixing jar. Then grind cumin, pepper, coriander, bark and lemon all together. Put the steamed mutton down with three whistles.Take a pan, add oil, caraway seeds, green chillies, finely chopped ginger, garlic and fry well.
Then add ground spices with onion and dried chillies and fry well. Add ground pepper, cumin, coriander and Bark lemon spice. Add spices and cook the mutton well. Add it well and fry till it becomes spicy.
