             How to make juice using cantaloupe and its benefits.                                            Ingredients for making bitter goury juice. * Cantaloupe 2 cups            Mango 1/2 cup                                      Ginger A little                                          lemon juice A little                                          The required amount of water and salt                              Recipe: First take the cantaloupe and take its seeds and cut it into small pieces.  Add the lemon juice along with the cantaloupe cut into small pieces and soak in a bowl.                                                 Then cut the mango into small pieces and add to the cantaloupe.  Then take a mixing jar and add mango, cantaloupe, ginger and all the required water and grind well.  Strain it into a tumbler.  Prepare healthy cantaloupe juice.                                                                             Cantaloupe contains nutrients: It contains antioxidants and minerals such as vitamin C, iron, magnesium, potassium, calcium, beta carotene and fiber.                                                                                   Adding cantaloupe to our diet protects us from diseases like asthma, colds and coughs.                                                             Eating eggplant boosts the immune system in our body.                                        Eating cantaloupe removes bad fats in our body and prevents obesity.                       Cantaloupe is used as the best medicine for diabetics.
