How to make cucumber alva using cucumber

Let's see how to make healthy cucumber alva for the body using cucumber.                                                                                                            Required:

                Cucumber2
                2 cups of jaggery
                Ghee a teaspoon                                               almonds, cashews, raisins required amount                                                                milk 1/2 cup                                                    corn flour a little.                                       Recipe:

             First take the cucumber and then peel it and cut it into small pieces.  Put the cuttings in a mixing jar and grind well. Then put it in the oven. Pour ghee in a pan and add almonds, cashews and raisins and fry well. Then put the grinded cucumber in the pan and stir.                                             Then mix the corn flour with the milk in a bowl and mix it well with the cucumber in the pan. Boil for a while and add the jaggery or sugar and stir well.  Stir well until the water dries and reaches the alva stage. Once the alva level is reached, add a little ghee and add the roasted almonds.  Prepare delicious cucumber alva.                                                                                                                                                    Tip: Keep the oven low and make alwa.  * Cardamom can be put if desired.                                                                                                                                                          Nutrients found in cucumber.
