Finely grind the carrots and milk and add the juice, milk, cardamom and caster sugar as required. Then pour it into a tumbler and add ice cubes to it and drink. Ingredients to put this juice. carrot 150 g ,coriander leaves a little, mint leaves a little, lemon 1, the required amount of honey or sugar, a little ginger, First take the carrot and ginger and clean and remove its skin. Then cut both into small pieces. Then rinse the coriander leaves and mint well in water. Then add the chopped carrot pieces, ginger, coriander leaves, mint leaves, water and grind well in a mixing jar. Then strain it well. After draining, add the required amount of lemon juice and honey to the carrot juice. After that you can drink it with ice cubes if needed otherwise you can drink it as it is. Prepare healthy carrot juice.
