kodo millet 150 g
bengal gram dal 50 g
split gram lentil50 g

1/2 cup of onion
A little bit of coriander
A little bit of curry leaves

Salt the required amount. Recipe
First chop the onion, coriander and ginger.
Then soak kodo millet, algae lentil, split gram lentil, urad dal, bengal gram dal, and avala all separately in water for 4 hours.
Then add chilli, salt and apricots in a mixing jar and grind well.
Then the soaked kodo millet should be completely drained of its water then put in a mixing jar and grind gently and take in a separate bowl.
Then put Bengal gram dal, split gram dal, algae, urad dal, and aval all separately in a mixing jar and grind well then add it to the already grinded kodo millet flour and leave for about 4 hours.
After 4 hours, mix the chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander and ginger with the ground flour.
Then when the flour is ready, put it in the oven, grease it with oil and bake the dough into dosas. Kodo millet lentil dosa dough ready.
