How to make dosa with millet grains

Small grains Rye, sorghum, taro, millet, horsetail, cardamom, maize, sorghum, etc. are called small grains. These are called whole grains. These are traditional foods that contain all the nutrients our body needs.  Let's see how to make dosa with millet in these grains.                                              required things:

   1. 1 cup of millet

   2. 1/2 cup of green lentils

   3. A little bit of dill

   4. A little bit of mint
   5. Curry leaves required size
   6. Fresh coriander leaves required amount.                                                           7.A little bit of salt.                                                             Recipe: Take millet, green lentils and dill and soak them separately in a bowl for 5 to 6 hours.

    Then put the soaked millet, green gram and dill in a mixing jar and grind well.

     Then add the required amount of salt to the flour and leave it for about 10 hours (if the flour is fermented, the dosa will be good.)                                                                                    Then grind the dosa flour, chop the mint, curry leaves and coriander leaves into small pieces and bake the dosa to make a healthy millet dosa.

   Some people like to mix both green chillies and onions with dosa flour.  The persons should cut both the onion and chilli into small pieces, pour a little oil in a pan and add curry leaves and chopped onion green chillies and fry well.  Then mix it with flour and bake the dosa.

    You can make tomato chutney or coconut chutney with millet dosa.
