How to make Ginger Thuvaiyal.

required things :
   100 g of ginger
   Lentils 2 tbsp
   The required amount of hazelnut oil
   Red Chili5
   1/2 cup of grated coconut
   Curry leaves - a little
   A little bit of tamarind
   The required amount of salt.                          A small amount of sugar.                                          Recipe:

        First the ginger should be thoroughly cleaned and peeled and cut into small pieces.
        Then light the oven and leave the butter in a pan. Add the lentils and fry well. Add the chilli and finely chopped ginger pieces, tamarind and fry well. Finally Curry leaves add and stir well.
       
        Then after a while grind everything in a mixing jar without water.
        Then add grated coconut, jaggery, required amount of water and salt and grind again.  In a pan after grinding well
     Leave a little butter in it, add mustard, curry leaves, thaw and pour over the thuvaiyal.
      Prepare good tasty ginger thuvaiyal.
