How to make Kesari with mango

required things:

   2 cups of semolina
    1 cup of mango
   1 cup of sugar
   Ghee 4 tbsp
   A little bit of cardamom
   The required amount of cashews
   The required amount of water.                                       Recipe:

          First take the mango and then peel it and cut it into small pieces.  Put the mango in a mixing jar and grind well.

          Then pour a little ghee in a pan and put the cashews and fry until golden brown over medium heat.

         Then pour a little ghee in the same pan in which the cashews were fried and put the semolina in the pan and fry until golden.

          Then pour the required amount of water in a pan and bring to a boil. Then add the semolina fried in the pan and stir a little.

          Then when the semolina comes to a boil mix the sugar and the crushed mango and stir well.

         Then add a little ghee and add the roasted cashews.

  

          Prepare good tasty ‘mango kesari’.
