How To Make Payasam In Millet

Let us see how to make Payasam with millet, one of the healthiest foods.                                                                                                      Ingredients for making millet payasam

     1/2 cup of millet

     Alfalfa 100gm

     Milk 3 / 4litre

     Jelly 250g

     A little bit of cardamom powder

     Necessary amount of cashews and raisins.                                                                                     Recipe

      First add millet and alfalfa in a pan and fry in the oven over medium heat until fragrant.                                                                           Then pour the required amount of water over both the roasted millet and alfalfa and cook in the pressure cooker until it comes to 4 whistles.  Then transfer the boiling millet and alfalfa to another bowl, add milk and stir well for 10 minutes over medium heat.                                                             Then add the required amount of jam in a pan and bring a little water to a boil.  Once the jam is in good condition, strain it and add it to the millet and alfalfa and cook for a while.  Then powder the cardamom and put it in it.                                    Then pour a little ghee in a pan and add cashews and raisins and fry well.  Then add the fried millet paste and stir.  Prepare delicious healthy millet Payasam.                                                                                     Nutrients found in millet
