How To Make Andhra Chicken Curry

Ingredients for making spices:
   Tanya 2 tbsp
   Cumin 1 tbsp
   Anise 1 tbsp
   Pepper 2 tbsp
   A little bit of cardamom
   Clove4
   The bar is a little bit
    Chilli - 6
   Kashmiri Chili3.                                                              Recipe:
   First put the pan on the stove and put all the peel, cloves, cardamom, cumin, cumin, anise, pepper, dried chilli, cashmere chilli all in a pan and fry on low heat for 4 minutes.  Then cool them all and put them in a mixing jar and powder.                      Ingredients for frying:
    Chicken - 1 kg
    Large onion3
    Green chillies3
    Curry leaves - required amount
    Ginger Garlic Grind 2 tbsp
    Salt - the required amount
    A little bit of turmeric powder
    Chili 3 tbsp
    Oil - The required amount.                                         Recipe:
   First clean the chicken well and cut it into small pieces then mix it with turmeric powder, chilli powder and a pinch of salt and soak for half an hour.
   Then chop the large onion into small pieces.
   Then heat the oven and pour the required amount of oil in a pan and when the oil is hot add the chopped large onion and fry well.
           Then chop the green chillies and stir.  Then add ground ginger and garlic and fry till it turns green.  Then add curry leaves and stir.
   After a while soak the chicken and fry it.
   Then add two teaspoons of ground spice powder and stir well.
   After that we put salt in the chicken and soak it, add salt as required. Boil the chicken well.
   Separate the oil and bring to the top. Finally add the curry leaves and coriander leaves and stir well.

   Prepare delicious Andhra Chicken Roast.
